Meet the Team
...the people behind Clutter Away
Hillary Jeter | Founder and Co-Owner
With a passion for the clutter-free, Hillary began in-home organization by accident. A nanny in Florida for 8 years, she began organizing the homes of her clients and found that they were repeatedly delighted with the results. Playrooms, closets and cabinets were just the beginning. She began to utilize her skills for more families and her love for the finished product grew into a business.
Moving to Bentonville, AR in 2014, Hillary has continued to pursue a focused career path with in-home organizing and truly enjoying making homes in NWA functional and beautiful.
Her approach to organization focuses on the editing process, sorting and resetting the space in a functional and beautiful way. She seeks to hone in on what makes each client happy, efficient and what makes sense for each individual lifestyle.
She strives to be sensitive to each client's needs and with the ultimate goal of making each home a safe and organized haven.
Megan Jones | Co-Owner
A native of NWA, Megan has always had a passion for keeping things neat and tidy. Upon marriage at the young age of 19, she and her husband, Hunter, moved into less than 250 square feet. Doing this for over 2 years prompted Megan to fully embrace minimalism and organization to maintain sanity in her home.
Once their daughter arrived, they needed more space and they recently completed their new build and have created an organized and peaceful haven to call their own.
Megan joined the Clutter Away team in 2021 and has experience organizing every single part of a home. She has a natural gift of creating customized solutions for each family and tailoring the final results to each family's individual needs.
Megan believes that your home should not be something you want to run away from, but a place you can escape to in order to relax. She is excited to help you and your family achieve this as she has achieved it for her own family.

Allie B. |
Senior Organizer
Allie moved to Bentonville with her family in 2013. She married her husband, Devyn, and they are now busy raising two beautiful daughters. Since becoming a mom, she has learned that keeping up with two toddlers and three dogs means keeping things as simple and efficient as possible. Even though her husband may call her “particular”, she feels coming home from a long day should be a calming and enjoyable experience. Allie brings her organizing skills to CANWA with excitement and making a space functional and comfortable is her top priority.
In her spare time Allie enjoys training for her next “Run Bentonville” race, playing with her girls, and reading books.
Jemi K. |
Senior Organizer
Originally from Zambia, Jemi spent her life moving from place to place, never living in the same place for longer than four years. Having to move so much, sometimes to a different city and sometimes to a different continent, meant that learning to be organized was not a choice! It also meant she developed a love for interacting with different people and for maximizing efficiency in various spaces.
Jemi joined the CANWA team in 2024 in a full-time capacity with a passion for learning and embodies the values of our company so well! She values all the things that make people and places unique and loves bringing that into every organizing job, making sure each client's space is perfect for their family!
With her move to Siloam Springs in 2020 to attend John Brown University, Jemi now likes to explore cool spots in the NWA area with her parter and friends and is always down to try a new restaurant or coffee shop!
Kelly O. |
Assistant Organizer
Kelly joined the CANWA team in 2024, motivated by the belief that we are at our best when there is a place for everything and then that things need to be put away where they belong. After raising four children, she knows how intimidating, overwhelming, and frustrating it can be to keep everything together. Life is so extremely busy and it gives her great joy to utilize my domestic traits to help families in their everyday lives as she truly know the difference it makes.
Her family moved to Fayetteville from Southwest Louisiana in 2020. With a love for the outdoors, the beautiful hiking trails, biking trails and the glorious surrounding mountains that NWA has to offer have been a perfect fit for this chapter of her life!
